Jamie Kristen

Jamie Kristen is a multi-vocational artist, entrepreneur and author. She is best known for her theatrical and musical performance art. From the time she was very young, Jamie used to sing, “make” plays, and entertain others.

She wrote and directed her first play at the age of eleven, sang her first solo in church at the age of three and has been performing and entertaining audiences ever since.

In her teen years, Jamie continued to pursue arts, learning the saxophone and adding multiple forms of dance, including ballet, jazz, tap, modern, Middle Eastern and Jewish Folk.

In addition to her involvement in many live performances over her lifetime, Jamie had the honor of directing youth theater in North Hollywood.

She operated her own event planning and entertainment business for sixteen years. She produced many large events, including two film festivals, one in Big Bear Lake, California and one in Louisville, Kentucky (Festival Coordinator).<br
During her time in Hollywood, Jamie served for almost five years as the Secretary to the Performers Peer Group of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (The Emmys).

Later in life, doing less public performing, Jamie has become proficient in the art of floral design. She never lost her love of language and has written several short stories, poetry and song lyrics. She has four novels in development.
